Overview

In December 2021, TurnDev purchased a building being utilized for office uses at 2202 Superior Avenue with the aim of transforming this historic property into a multifamily residential complex. Plans for the redevelopment are currently being finalized, with construction potentially beginning in the first quarter of 2025.
