Overview

In December 2022, TurnDev purchased a building being utilized for office uses at 2212 to 2230 Superior Avenue with the aim of transforming this historic property into a multifamily residential complex. Plans for the redevelopment are currently being finalized, with construction potentially beginning in the first quarter of 2025.
