Jon Pinney

Jon Pinney is a founding partner of TurnDev and TurnCap, and is the current managing partner of Kohrman, Jackson & Krantz (KJK), a full service corporate law firm with over fifty attorneys. As managing partner of KJK, Mr. Pinney manages hundreds of millions of dollars in assets for high net-worth families. He has extensive experience in real estate development, construction and property management, acquisition and financing of properties across the country, as well as construction agreements, construction financing and landlord-tenant agreements. Through BEK Developers, and with his legal team at KJK, he runs a private real estate bridge fund, TurnCap, and over the last decade, has successfully completed over $300 million of loans with a default rate of zero.
