Future Cleveland Division of Police Headquarters

In November 2022, TurnDev secured the city contract for the development of the Cleveland Police Department Headquarters, set within the premises formerly recognized as the ArtCraft Building. The initial phases of redevelopment commenced in spring 2023 and were successfully concluded by winter of the same year. Subsequently, full-fledged construction commenced in early 2024, with an anticipated completion date in late 2025.
